You can book by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Once you choose your trek and dates, we’ll guide you through the simple booking and payment process.
Our packages usually cover accommodation, meals during the trek, experienced trek leaders, local guides, permits, and basic medical support. Inclusions may vary slightly depending on the trek – full details are shared in each itinerary.
Exclusions often include travel to and from the base camp, insurance, personal expenses, porter charges for personal luggage, and meals outside the itinerary.
Accommodation varies by trek: guesthouses, homestays, or tents. During camping, tents are shared (2–3 people per tent), with sleeping bags and mats provided.
Absolutely! Many participants join solo. You’ll be grouped with fellow trekkers, so you’ll never feel alone. Our groups are safe, friendly, and guided by experienced leaders.
We provide wholesome vegetarian meals – breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner. Food is freshly prepared and designed to keep you energized during the trek.
A sturdy backpack, layered warm clothing, trekking shoes, water bottles, sunscreen, gloves, cap, and a personal medical kit are essential. A detailed packing list is provided with your itinerary.
Not always. Most of our treks are beginner-friendly if you have a basic fitness level. For high-altitude treks, some prior hiking experience is recommended.
Yes. We maintain small, mixed groups and ensure safety at every step. Many solo women travelers join our treks regularly.
We provide travel instructions from major hubs like Delhi, Dehradun, Rishikesh, Chandigarh, or Manali, depending on the trek. Shared cabs can also be arranged on request.
Yes, trekking poles, jackets, and shoes may be available for rent on some treks at an additional cost. Please check with us while booking.
Booking Amount: 25% advance at the time of booking is non-refundable (this covers permits, reservations, and logistics).
If you cancel your trek:
21 days or more before departure → 100% of the balance amount refunded (booking fee not refunded).
15–20 days before departure → 70% of the balance amount refunded.
Less than 14 days before departure → No refund.
If the trek is called off for safety reasons, we will try to reschedule your trek or provide a partial refund, depending on the situation and costs already incurred.
If you have to descend early, our team will assist you with safe return arrangements. However, refunds in such cases are not possible as logistics are already planned.
